You will be expected to be responsible for delivering face-to-face and practical training for our accredited hospitality courses.

Essential Criteria Include

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) or equivalent
Current Industry experience in Hospitality/Commercial Cookery
Driver’s Licence
Blue Card

Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated
Flexible and adaptable in diverse work environments.
Enthusiastic and innovative in engaging all learner types and levels.
Able to manage a classroom and on-the-job trainees/apprentices
Well-developed written and oral communication skills and able to cater to a diverse range of people and organisations
Excellent presentation skills and techniques
Top time management and problem solving skills
Well-developed skills in Microsoft office
Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as a member of a team
