A Group Leader position has become available at our family owned and operated Child Care within the Browns Plains area. This position also provides the opportunity to not only take responsibility for the children‘s care and development but to also to step up to learn skills of a supportive management role. We have a proven record of providing excellent care and service to our families and children. 
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Group Leader to join our fantastic professional team. With the highest importance put on care and early childhood education, we are seeking a Child Care professional who is warm, caring and respectful of children's needs and the environment in which they learn. The position offers open-ended opportunities to provide exciting and enriching educational programmes to our children and support for the centre’s core values.

Suitable applicants must be able to meet the following criteria;

A minimum Certificate III in Children's Services and be studying a Diploma of Children's Services 
Hold a current blue card

Hold a current first aid and CPR

Be willing to take responsibility of the programming, planning and overseeing the running of the room
Demonstrate ability to liaise with parents and centre staff to implement programs
Demonstrating leadership and commitment towards the centre's goals, philosophy and vision
Be achievement orientated and committed to working with a cohesive and friendly team.
