SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITER & TRAINING SPECIALIST

Accountabilities

Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the manuals/training requirements
• Produce high-quality manuals for operation and maintenance of our products in accordance with customer or contract requirements and adhering to company standards
• Prepare course materials that meet applicable training standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Support training delivery
• Support project staff needs by providing documentation and/or training status as needed

• technical training delivery
• knowledge of modern training techniques and tools
• public-speaking skills and the ability to address training needs

• prepare training agenda and materials
• conduct presentations
• mentor other instructors
• manage the training program
• evaluate results of conducted training programs

• experience of 5 years in the railways industry
• experience in designing technical course content
• certificate IV in training & assessment
