About us:
Explorers Early Learning is proud to not only be Australia owned, but locally operated by a Melbourne family. We are excited about our growth plans this year and have more centres opening in and around Victoria. 

We are all extremely passionate about providing quality care and practising the Explorers philosophy. We value our teams and focus on supporting our educators in their own careers to grow and develop as Early Years practitioners.
 
We bring the children, families, peers and community together as a whole. 

Our Surrey Hills Centre:
Our centre opened in February 2019. We are Situated on Stanley Terrace and there are plenty of parking spots on the main road and surrounding areas. 

Our centre is built over three floors with beautiful outdoor yard spaces on each floor and rooftop gardens. The children are surrounded by beautiful natural resources both indoors and out and we believe in encouraging children to experience going out into the wider community. If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to go on excursions with the children and families. 
 
The Role:
As we are expanding, we are looking to welcome co-educators to join us. It’s an exciting role and a great way to start your career in the industry. You will have the opportunity to work alongside warm welcoming educators who can share their knowledge and ideas with you.
 
We would like to welcome educators to join our rooms below:

• Our 2 - 3 year old room 
• Our 4 year old kinder room 

At explorers we are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and so an understanding of this practice is essential.

We are looking to welcome Educators who are:

• Bubbly with a positive attitude
• Passionate about providing quality learning environments for children
• Committed and professional
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS

 Key requirements:

• An approved early learning qualification, or evidence of studying towards an early learning qualification
• First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
• Working with children check
• Working rights- Visa / Passport
• Photo ID
