Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident Centre Director to lead this impressive 130 place centre in Epping, Victoria. Join this high quality forward-thinking childcare provider, that puts children and families at the forefront of their philosophy.

The centre is located in Epping, VIC and boasts an impressive, large outdoor space, where children can explore the natural environment. The centre has excellent relationships with the local community and lead a varied and engaging educational program, exploring STEM, creative arts and even yoga.

Your new role
As Centre Director you will lead an enthusiastic and dedicated team of educators and ensure the daily operations of the centre run smoothly. You will use your fantastic communication skills and warm personality to form strong, positive relationships with staff and families alike. The centre is running at nearly 100% occupancy so the successful candidate will be an experienced Director who enjoys working in a busy centre and is looking for a long term role within an excellent and supportive organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

* ACECQA assessed ECT Bachelor Degree qualification
* Centre Director experience
* Excellent knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
* Excellent communication skills
