We are currently seeking a Commercial and Retail Leasing Coordinator to assist with the day to day management and administration of the University’s Commercial and Retail Leases, and Licences.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Commercial and Retail Leasing you will have cross collaboration with various internal stakeholders including Tenants, their contractors, Legal, Campus Estate (Operations and Maintenance, and Planning and Development, Security) and Digital, Information and Technology Management (DITM).

A key feature of this role is to support the management of the University’s collaborative, commercial and retail tenancies on and off campus to ensure consistency in the relevant policies and procedures (e.g. Leasing Guidelines, Commercial and Retail Leasing Strategy etc.) and compliance with tenant agreements and current Acts.

The ideal candidate will be well organised, a great communicator, able to manage competing priories an have ability to read and interpret the nuances of specific commercial leasing agreements. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

This role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to work strictly Monday to Friday, while doing interesting work in a flexible and supportive work environment. This role is part time, (21 hours a week), open to negotiating flexible working arrangements with the right candidate.
