Operating under the broad direction of the Team Leader – Inclusion & Engagement, the Inclusion Advisor will work in a dynamic and tight knit team supporting the participation, retention and success of students studying at UC.

In this role, you will provide information, advice, referral, and support to students with a disability and/or health condition to facilitate equal access and participation in university life. Furthermore, the successful candidate will liaise with University staff in the provision of reasonable adjustments, alternative assessment, and access issues for students with a disability.

To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and understanding of disability support in the university context, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various internal and external stakeholders.
