Focus Recruitment are representing a leader in the education space. This company provide courses and seminars in the psychology sector. 2020 was a difficult year for everyone and many have been affected with mental health. Therefore a rise in interest for these courses are through the roof. 

Through strong marketing and google AdWords, we are now looking for a highly driven sales and relationship executive who can convert warm inbound leads and follow ups. In this role you will be responsible on providing a detailed synopsis of all courses provided and how courses can benefit the students. We are looking for someone who can relate to potential students seeking their next step in education however need some guidance. 

The Role

• 10am - 6pm Mosman location
• Providing first class service and guidance to all prospects
• Relationship management to all external stakeholders
• Hitting KPI's and targets
• Being a great ambassador for the education course
• A real insight in to the psychology space and why it is so important

• $80,000 base + Super + Comms
• Targeted $155k OTE
