Description Our Swimming and Water Safety teachers are expected to nurture and develop students in their care. Liaising with the Swim School Coordinator and Deck Supervisor, teachers will ensure all students are extended above and beyond their current skill level. We are seeking Swimming and Water Safety teachers who enjoy working in a fun environment to join our dynamic team. Join our team where everyone is respected, included and valued. Every member of our team has an important role to play and it's our entire team who make our program so wonderful. We also offer extensive training to new teachers who may have completed their course and require supervised hours. We have a number of schools attending our program with varied hours on offer during School Hours. Learn to Swim Program also runs Monday to Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and Sunday. Swimming with Excellence was founded in 2007 to provide intensive swim programs to neighbouring school communities. The swim school has expanded to include an out of school hours learn to swim and squad program which continues to operate from the Bialik College Gringlas Sports Centre with students from the College and several other schools. This excellent swim school has an emerging Swim Club for those wishing to pursue swimming as a fun, competitive sport.
