Mini BOSS/TRIPOD Incursions run practical workshops in Primary and Secondary schools across Victoria, providing students with engaging, hands-on experiences that teach critical skills like teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and resilience.

We are looking for our next permanent team member, someone who has an insane passion for education with a difference!

You will:

• Manage a team of 1-2 support facilitators to deliver workshops with large groups of students aged 5-18 (up to 100)
• Have a passion for performance and make every session you deliver unique and tailored for your audience including fart jokes and letting your inner child shine : )
• Be looking for a role and a company you can help grow and shape, offering creativity and implementing a strategy that will continually improve our day-to-day operations
• Love working with kids and not be afraid to engage with them one-on-one or in groups
• Demonstrate strong ability in time management, teamwork, and keeping students engaged while ensuring quality in presentation and delivery
• Act as a leader in the business with the ability to build and lead teams of support facilitators
• Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders from diverse educational backgrounds
• Offer advice and take initiative to improve processes and procedures

In order to be considered for this role, the following experience/skills are necessary:

• Must have demonstrated experience working with groups of children aged 5-18 (up to 100 students).
• Must have current drivers license and the ability to work at locations across Victoria
• A current Victorian Working With Children Check will be required

*Salary is negotiable on experience and part-time arrangements considered if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
