Graduate Research has an interesting opportunity for an HDR Support Advisor to provide support across the Higher Degree by Research candidature lifecycle. The role is responsible for administering applications for HDR course admissions and Commonwealth Government scholarships, actioning changes to and monitoring of HDR candidature progression such as enrolments, fees, milestones, examination, payment of honorariums and scholarship stipends, whilst ensuring compliance of Commonwealth Government and University Policies.

The incumbent will work with team members to implement business process improvement project/s in HDR candidature management.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated and flexible, and possess initiative and problem-solving skills, with a strong client service focus. Organisational skills and high-level of attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate effectively with diverse groups and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-volume, busy environment.
