Certificate III and Diploma Educator - Essential Criteria:

• Strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS.
• Communicate positively & openly with children and their families.
• Create a stimulating, positive and appropriate environment to foster and support development.
• Conduct observation and evaluation of children's development.
• Assist children in daily routines and meal times.
• Respond to the emotional needs of the children.
• Maintain up to date records for each child within the group.
• Support and work collaboratively with your team.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification as recognised by ACECQA.
• NSW Working with Children Check.
• A Senior First Aid Certificate inclusive of asthma and anaphylaxis training.
• A passion for working in the Early Childhood industry.
• A great work ethic and strong written and verbal communication skills.
