Trainer - Digital Systems Implementation Project
Critical to your success in this role will be your ability to manage multiple tasks and work to multiple deadlines simultaneously, ideally within an environment that is technical, field-based, high risk, highly regulated or complex; a medium to large organisation that operates 24/7.
You are used to working with a variety of stakeholders, and therefore your verbal communication skills are highly developed and adaptive, allowing you to communicate in a succinct, accurate and timely manner within a complex and high risk environment.
With an Advanced Diploma in Adult Education, Vocational Training or a related field, coupled with your Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, this role will also call upon your advanced Microsoft Office skills, and your well-honed problem-solving and analytical skills.
You will have ideally been involved with a large scale digital systems roll-out project before, where your experience and approaches will be well-honed to deliver effective and engaging training programs with in a project environment.
