The Role

The core function of the role is to act as an administrator and service consultant for the clients of this business. You will be the contact person for a range of inquiries typically focussed on the opening and maintenance of accounts. The need for a strong work ethic and ability to follow up on administrative tasks is highly important. The day to day will include:

  • Opening and maintenance of accounts in line with anti money laundering guidelines
  • Assisting with ongoing tasks involved with client maintenance
  • Being a contact point for clients via phone and email
  • Managing relationships with all clients
  • Ensure compliance details are up to requirements
  • Assist compliance and risk teams with any documentation needs they have.

The Person

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a passion for client services. You will be the voice of the business and it is important that you are positive and upbeat so that you can show best in class service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the funds management or superannuation industry with a knowledge of investments and superannuation. The team is one of very high ethics and you will need to align with this to fit in with the culture.
